To continue scaling our brand and community, we are looking for a Social Media & Growth Strategist who understands both the power of storytelling and the dynamics of trading.

You don’t just "get" trading—you live it. Whether you have traded in the past or actively trade in your free time, you understand the psychology, strategies, and pulse of the trading world. You also know that growing a brand in this space requires authenticity, speed, and sharp execution.

You are a social media powerhouse, able to craft high-impact content, grow engaged communities, and build a brand that resonates with serious traders.

What you will do

• Own the Social & Growth Strategy: develop and execute data-driven strategies across Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Telegram and more to attract and engage traders;
• Create & Curate High-Impact Content: write, repurpose, and optimize content that speaks directly to traders, from market insights to memes;
• Build & Activate the Community: leverage organic and paid tactics to scale our brand presence and build a highly engaged trading audience;
• Stay Ahead of Trends: monitor the trading world and social landscape to create real-time, relevant content that positions OFP as an industry leader;
• Track, Test & Optimize: use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, native platform reporting tools)to measure performance, refine strategies, and consistently improve engagement and reach.

What you bring

✔ Fluent/native English

You write and communicate at a high level, with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms

✔ Deep Prop Trading knowledge

You have traded yourself and understand how prop firms operate, what traders look for, and what content speaks to them

✔ Social Media Growth expertise

You have scaled brands, communities, or personal accounts in trading, fintech, or finance

✔ Content creation skills

From sharp Twitter threads to high-engagement LinkedIn posts, you know how to craft content that works

✔ Performance-driven mindset

You track data, optimize strategies, and focus on measurable impact

✔ Understanding of Trading Communities

You know where traders are (Reddit, Discord, Telegram, Twitter) and how to engage them authentically.

Bonus Points

➕ Experience with paid social campaigns for growth

➕ Video editing or graphic design skills

Salary 48,000 € + Bonus

Our Hiring Process
