Key Responsibilities

• Set the vision, drive the strategy

  Define and lead OFP’s marketing strategy, aligning growth, acquisition, and brand positioning with business goals.

• Turn data into action

  Analyze marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure every euro spent drives measurable impact

• Own customer acquisition & retention

  Expand and refine paid, organic, referral, and affiliate channels, ensuring we reach, convert, and retain the right audience at scale

• Navigate the challenges of a regulated industry

  Develop compliant yet effective advertising strategies that bypass the common roadblocks in prop trading marketing

• Build & lead a high-performing team

  Recruit, mentor, and empower top marketing talent, fostering a results-oriented culture that thrives on clear goals and accountability

• Scale our affiliate & partner programs

  Strengthen and expand affiliate partnerships to drive high-intent traffic and sustainable revenue

• Create a standout brand & community

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments. You should be able to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution and have a deep understanding of performance marketing in regulated industries.

Essential Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital strategy, preferably in prop trading, fintech, or brokerage firms;
• Expertise in customer acquisition strategies across paid media, SEO, organic, and affiliate marketing;
• Proven experience managing million-dollar marketing budgets.
• Deep knowledge of advertising compliance and regulatory challenges in trading services;
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience scaling marketing efforts through OKRs and KPIs;
• Hands-on experience in building and leading marketing teams, optimizing workflows, and setting clear success metrics.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership-driven attitude;
• Highly adaptable, capable of executing growth strategies in volatile markets;
• Strong communication and leadership skills, fostering collaboration across departments;
